i love people. there is a wonderful array of diverse people out there, and they all go shopping at one point. they eventually make it into my shop, which is a small retail shop in california.
we specialize in high fashion womens clothing, so our seller accounts consist of upper class, well, lets face it, snobs. not all of them are snobs, just most of them, some of them are the sweetest ladies to ever walk the earth, some of them are servants to these upper class snobs. "personal assistants" they are called. so thats one side.
the other side are the customers, many consist of these same upper class high fashion "ladies", but most are middle class, some lower class looking for something special that they aren't going to find at Ross or Target.
myself, been doing the customer service thing for the last 15 years, just completed college and looking to change that. i figured that before i leave this industry to go and pursue the world of genetics and disease, i need to document some of my experience in the world of completely insane people who make up the general public. if you have ever worked in customer service you know what I'm talking about, feel free to share your stories.
